Who we are

We are Helmac Holding PTY LTD trading as Pronto Apartments (from hereon Pronto Apartments or Pronto). We operate accommodation services, a website, social media channels, online travel agencies (OTA’s) such as booking.com and Expedia and a Property Management System.

We are proudly an accredited Quality Tourism Accommodation Provider with the Tourism Commission of Western Australia (TCWA). Part of our assessment and ongoing audits as TCWA accredited involves the maintenance of Privacy Policies and Practices.

1 Pronto Apartments will, from time to time, receive and store personal information you enter onto our website, provided to us directly or given to us in other forms.
 
2. You may provide basic information such as your name, phone number, address and email address to enable us to send information, provide updates and process your product or service order. Pronto Apartments operates a Property Management System namely CloudBeds as well as payment provider Stripe. By accepting your booking with Pronto Apartments you are acknowledging that these organizations privacy policies will affect what happens to your data.

Pronto Apartments may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. We may use your personal information to improve our products and services and better understand your needs.

Pronto Apartments website is Hosted by Crazy Domains under SSL Encryption and carried on Domains also managed by Crazy Domains; email is provided by Microsoft Managed Exchange; our computers are Windows 11 running Microsoft 365 and protected by ESET Internet Security; and the accommodation operates on a Property Management System namely CloudBeds; accounting software Xero; as well as payment provider Stripe. By accepting your booking with Pronto Apartments you are acknowledging that these organizations have privacy policies that will affect what happens to your data.
