We take our role as your "Home Away from Home" very seriously and know we can always get better. We practice continuous improvement to drive standards and invest in staff training to deliver best-in-class value and service. We know it's more than just the apartments that make a comfortable and stress-free stay - we provide facilities and service to compliment the fantastic apartments and location. It's not hard: we listen and pay attention to detail. From booking and arrival, during your stay right through to departure, we guide and assist; you'll notice the little extras that make the difference. We harness our decades of hospitality and hosting experience to provide a comprehensive accommodation experience.
Amazing Grounds
Relax and recharge in our beautiful gardens that provide private spaces to rest or entertain. Australiana landscaping showcases our endemic plants and Grass-Trees attracting lots of bird life. All apartments have great views of the gardens and/or Perth CBD skyline from the large windows and balcony or private courtyard. The spacious grounds are surrounded by high walls and are covered in large trees providing privacy, noise cancellation and shading the property. Help yourself to amazing lemons and oranges from our grove of fruit, nut and olive trees or play on the lawns as the water-features provide their calming sounds.
Amenities and Facilities
Sit in the morning sun and read or access the Wi-Fi to check email in the leafy Al Fresco Area. Equipped with picnic tables, LED lighting and giant 6-burner BBQ with wok burner and sink - you can enjoy the Great Australian tradition of BBQing or just enjoy a drink in the amazing Perth weather. Just talk to Ben the Manager and he will assist with you using the BBQ Area (FREE!!). Our onsite laundry has washers, dryers and washing lines accepting both coins and card priced just to cover costs (we understand washing isn't optional). There is ample off-street parking at Pronto and we don't charge for extra vehicles.

We have passed rigorous and ongoing assessment and with our energy and water efficiency improvements Pronto is also proudly a Sustainable Tourism Operator (TCWA Accredited). Prior to the pandemic, Pronto received booking.com Certificates of Merit for class-leading rating vs value and we look forward to more.
About Pronto Safety and Security
At Pronto we understand that being in an unfamiliar place can be a bit scary and we are very much aware that in these uncertain times, we have a solemn obligation to look after you and your family. At Pronto we work hard to give you peace of mind. and here’s some things to put you at ease:
- The Manager is available to meet you and help with luggage, can help you with info about Perth and is on the phone 24/7 to deal with issues.
- Pronto is strictly no pets and is a good place for allergy suffers; our apartments are very clean, medical centre & pharmacy right nearby, full 1st aid-kit onsite & the Managers are Hygiene Officer accredited.
- We have cameras on public areas and recording carpark with Managers able to access.
- All apartments have security screens on all entry/exit points.
- Smoke alarms with evacuation plan in all apartments; fire extinguishers and fire plan.
- Tuart Hill is not only a super-convenient area with pharmacy, medical centre, dentist and allied-health centre within 150m and is also a low-crime, family-friendly area.
- Pronto worked hard to Fight COVID-19 and continue to: we had no spread or outbreaks despite offering Isolation Services. The Manager is an accredited COVID Hygiene Officer & we have a guest information, disinfection and cleaning regime that evolves along with the virus. Michael has invested in Vira-Clear a class-leading product that kills coronavirus in 10 secs and all stairways and railings are wiped twice daily.

- The Manager is available to meet you and help with luggage/check-in, help with info about Perth and is on the phone 24/7 to deal with issues.
- Pronto is strictly no pets and is a good place for allergy suffers; our team are certified First-Aid Officers with full first aid-kit & the Managers are Hygiene Officer accredited.
- Cameras on all public areas and recording traffic; these are monitored regularly with Managers able to access in real-time if you have concerns.
- All apartments have security screens on all entry points; quality locks on doors including snib lock so you can quickly exit the apartment in an emergency; and if don’t want to open door – there is even a delivery box outside the apartment.
- Smoke alarms with mapped evacuation plan in all apartments; fire extinguishers and fire plan run be the Fire Wardens on the team.
- Tuart Hill is not only a super-convenient area with pharmacy, medical centre, dentist and allied-health centre within 150m; it’s also a low-crime, family-friendly area.

Managing Director
Helmac Holdings PTY LTD trading as Pronto Apartments is a proudly West Australian family-owned and operated company. Owner Mr Michael Philipoff's family have been in accommodation and tourism in for over 4 decades. Michael is an experienced business owner who is strongly committed to the highest standards of integrity and service (often doing courses to drive standards). Michael fosters a culture of continuous improvement and maintains an active interest in support of the Manager Ben whom he has empowered to broaden his skills. Michael was instrumental in Pronto achieving TCWA accreditation as he understands the importance of reassurance for our valued guests.
Ben Williams
Onsite Manager
Our Onsite Manager Ben is people person who genuinely enjoys the challenge of providing outstanding service and improving his skills. On call 24/7, Ben manages the business in conjunction with Michael, and as a Masters Graduate and ex-IT Officer who does the marketing, Admin and IT he's our 'secret weapon'. He is also highly credentialed hospitality manager with experience in high-end hotels and restaurants, pubs, clubs, cafes and motels. An experienced bar manager, Hotel Management Traineeship graduate, Swan Beer Master and with stints all over WA's tourism industry from Rottnest to Margaret River., Ben is uniquely experienced to make Pronto a winning operation.
